01.Terms of Service

By accessing, browsing, registering for an account, linking external services, or publishing any profile via OneBio.lol, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unequivocally agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all use of OneBio services.

You affirm that you are at least thirteen (13) years of age. If you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use OneBio with the consent and direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

02.Changes To Terms

We reserve the exclusive right to modify, amend, replace, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated by posting an updated Effective Date on this page, sending an email announcement, or presenting a notice modal in your Creator Dashboard.

Your continued access to or use of the Service following any revisions constitutes your express acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically to stay informed of our operational terms.

03.Use of the Service

OneBio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our platform strictly in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all local, national, and international laws, regulations, and industry standards applicable to you.

You agree not to exploit, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell, or distribute any portion of the platform infrastructure, APIs, design systems, or backend software without our prior written authorization.

04.Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of your login credentials, API keys, password tokens, and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) security codes. You agree to immediately notify OneBio of any unauthorized access, breach of security, or suspected vulnerability affecting your account.

Any attempt to bypass, circumvent, test, probe, scan, or breach platform security mechanisms, rate limiters, web application firewalls (WAF), or authentication gates is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination and referral to legal authorities.

05.User-Posted Content and Licensing Rights

You retain all ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights in and to the content, text, links, music, audio files, images, graphics, and video media that you upload or publish to your OneBio page ("User Content").

By uploading or displaying User Content on OneBio, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, cache, format, transcode, display, and distribute your content across our edge servers solely for the purpose of operating, rendering, and delivering your public profile to visitors globally.

06.Prohibited Content and Activities

You agree that you will not upload, post, link to, host, or disseminate any material or engage in activities that:

• Are unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, libelous, harassing, abusive, or threatening.
• Promote terrorism, violent extremism, self-harm, or severe illegal acts.
• Contain Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or non-consensual sexual media (zero tolerance).
• Distribute malware, ransomware, phishing portals, credential grabbers, or exploit kits.
• Infringe upon the trademark, copyright, privacy, or proprietary rights of any third party.
• Impersonate individuals, public figures, organizations, or trademarks with fraudulent intent.
• Engage in automated scraping, denial of service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, or resource hijacking.

07.Third-Party Accounts

Our Service allows you to authenticate or connect external third-party accounts (including Google, Discord, Spotify, YouTube, GitHub, and Twitter/X). By connecting a third-party account, you authorize OneBio to access certain profile data (such as email and avatar) in accordance with the permissions you grant.

We are not responsible for the availability, security, terms of service, or policies of third-party platforms. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable third-party terms.

08.Third-Party Websites and Content

User profiles may contain external links to third-party websites, merchandise stores, payment gateways, or digital services. OneBio does not investigate, monitor, endorse, or verify external destinations linked by creators.

Accessing external links displayed on any OneBio profile is entirely at your own risk, and OneBio assumes no liability for content, transactions, damages, or privacy practices of third-party websites.

09.Account Limitations and Usage

To ensure platform stability and protect network capacity, accounts are subject to fair use limits regarding asset storage (Cloudflare R2), bandwidth consumption, API request rates, and vanity handle claiming.

Automated account generation, mass username squatting, or reselling unverified handles outside authorized platform mechanisms is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate reclamation.

10.Software and Applications

All software, scripts, UI components, code modules, rendering engines, edge worker routines, and algorithms utilized across OneBio are the exclusive property of OneBio or its licensors.

You agree not to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from any part of the Service, except where such restrictions are expressly prohibited by applicable law.

11.Pricing and Additional Charges

OneBio offers both free tier services and premium paid upgrades (including VIP Membership, Verified Badges, and extra Alias Vanity Slots). All prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise and are subject to change upon reasonable advance notice.

You are responsible for any applicable local sales taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), or payment processing fees associated with your purchases.

12.Purchases and Billing

By purchasing a paid feature or subscription, you authorize OneBio (and our designated payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees, recurring intervals, and applicable taxes.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing information and promptly update your account if your payment method changes or expires.

13.Subscriptions and Renewal

VIP Memberships and recurring add-ons automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless canceled prior to the renewal date via your Creator Billing Dashboard.

Upon cancellation, your premium privileges will remain active until the conclusion of your current paid billing period, after which your account will transition to standard free tier capabilities without data deletion.

Our data collection, telemetry, and privacy practices are detailed in full within our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, edge processing, and secure storage of your information as outlined therein.

16.Intellectual Property

The OneBio brand name, domain, logos, trademarks, audio visualizer designs, badge crests, and original assets are the proprietary property of OneBio. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or brand collateral without explicit prior written consent.

We respect the intellectual property of others and respond expeditiously to legitimate Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and copyright infringement notices sent to our legal contact.

17.Law Enforcement Requests

OneBio cooperates with authorized legal and law enforcement authorities when presented with valid court orders, subpoenas, search warrants, or formal legal process in accordance with applicable laws.

We reserve the right to preserve or disclose data if we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect platform integrity, or prevent imminent harm or danger to individuals.

18.EU Terrorist Content Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2021/784)

In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2021/784 on addressing the dissemination of terrorist content online, OneBio maintains proactive policies and mechanisms to expeditiously remove terrorist material upon receiving removal orders from competent European Union authorities.

Competent authorities may submit removal orders to our designated point of contact at legal@onebio.lol. Any account identified as disseminating terrorist content will be immediately terminated with permanent referral to relevant authorities.

19.Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ONEBIO, ITS OPERATORS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS REPUTATION) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF FIFTY US DOLLARS ($50.00) OR THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO ONEBIO IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

20.Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OneBio, its officers, contractors, licensors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

21.Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

ONEBIO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

22.Term and Termination

These Terms remain in full effect while you maintain an account or access the Service. You may terminate your account at any time through the Account Settings dashboard.

We reserve the right, without prior notice or liability, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately if you breach any provision of these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to OneBio or other users.

23.User Data

While we perform routine automated database backups on our edge infrastructure, you are solely responsible for maintaining backup copies of your User Content, links, and assets. OneBio shall have no liability for any loss or corruption of your data.

Upon account deletion, your profile will be unrendered from public edge servers and scheduled for permanent purge in accordance with our data retention schedules.
